Summary: This was our annual family holiday, and we chose to come to this part of Southern France, which we had not visited before, mainly because of this beautiful villa. There were 5 adults, 2 children aged 6 and 7, and a toddler aged 19 months, so plenty of space and a good size pool was essential. We also love our privacy and prefer older character houses, so this really ticked all the boxes. We were welcomed on arrival by the charming and friendly Daniella, who showed us around. The house is absolutely stunning, beautifully kept and beautifully furnished with some unique pieces and most charmingly decorated. It has got spacious bedrooms, and plenty of bathrooms for everyone and the most well equipped kitchen I think I’ve ever had in a holiday villa. The gardens are very pretty, with several little spots to sit and read, and the pool is gorgeous. The house is perfectly located for visiting many of the lovely towns and villages in the surrounding area. We loved everything about this beautiful house and would love to come back again another year.

Summary: My partner and I and her family were fortunate to spend 1 week at the villa. We were virtually overwhelmed by the beautiful house, gardens and surroundings. The hosts have created an oasis and every detail was carefully designed (rooms, furnishings, art, kitchen, gardens, vistas, pool, pond, Pétanque court, the drive-thru security gate and lovely driveway). Communications with Richard were perfect. Reception by Daniella also perfect. Maintenance of the grounds perfect as well. We feel incredibly grateful. Thank you.

Summary: We were a family of 5, with 3 kids aged 21,18 and 15 (they are still 'the kids'!!). This property is gorgeous, the interior is very tastefully furnished with many original pieces of art and the garden is absolutely lovely with both flowering bushes and shrubs surrounding each of the different areas of the garden. We ate everytime on the spacious covered terrace....and then after maybe sit on the sofa and chairs in the garden....or in another area of the garden one could sit and look out over far reaching views across a vineyard.....and then one can sit by the very nice pool which was kept very clean....the underwater lights at night lighting up the surrounding garden. As a family in the evening we would play table tennis on the outdoor table or petanque on the floodlit court, In the area there are great places to visit and the local boulangerie was good, All in all, we would highly recommend this villa.

Summary: 3 friends and I wanted a relaxing holiday with a beautiful villa, pool, and quaint classic French villages and towns. This holiday was absolutely perfect. The villa indeed had everything we needed and the outside dining area and the kitchen was simply sublime. We loved visiting the local vineyards and Vanessa at Domaine de Soulayrol offered exceptional service and delicious wine that we managed to bring home with us. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing stay to soak in the natural and rural beauty of France and enjoy the fresh produce and wine it has to offer.

Summary: We enjoyed a memorable holiday at a lovely villa which was spotlessly presented and in excellent condition. It's worth noting that the outdoor facilities are extensive, with many different corners to explore through the course of the day, as well as pizzas and boules in the evening. The pool is recently refurbished and heated and much enjoyed by the two small boys in our party of eight in total.

Summary: We visited Provence several times but this was by far the best time. Superb villa with all that one can desire from great decor to all amenities. Spacious, and airy - a real “embarras du choix” between staying inside or outside. The garden has several places to enjoy the sun, the pool is perfect, the flowers of all colors surrounded by rosemary bushes, cypresses and olive trees and bottles of great wine offered by Richard and Liv upon our arrival. We cannot imagine more gracious hosts. There are also always available for all questions and help two wonderful people with whom we had the pleasure to talk about little “secrets” of Provence. We were a family of 4 with two little girls that begged us to come back! Well, easy to understand their wish which is our also. Thank you Richard!

Summary: We had a brilliant couple of weeks at this house - it is as lovely as the photographs suggest. We especially enjoyed the boules court, the pool, and the table tennis. The house is well-equipped and it was nice to be welcomed in person by Antonio on arrival.

Summary: I can't say enough about this fabulous villa and the Abbou family as hosts. Everything was perfect. The villa is perfect, lots of space, appointed beautifully, everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the showers are great, the house is spotlessly clean. Cooking there is such a treat. We would go out during the day and bring home our finds and fire up the grill. We used the oven inside to slow roast tomatoes...so delicious. We set the table on the porch with the many tea light holders provided and it was beautiful every night. We swam in the wonderful pool, and late at night, moved the chairs toward the tiny house and looked at the stars. And the garden, it is among the most beautiful we have ever seen. We particularly enjoyed having coffee on the side porch overlooking the pool. There are so many places to enjoy the outdoors and friends and family. Richard and Liv were excellent hosts. They promise privacy and that's delivered, but they also are extremely responsive when we had a question. So kind and thoughtful throughout our visit. The location is excellent to explore Provence, though leaving the villa is difficult, for it is as beautiful as anywhere in the region. We can't recommend this highly enough. If you are considering it at all, book it. You will be so glad you did.
